Meinianchu AI Technology Co., Ltd. ("Meinianchu", "we", "us") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information Collection

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

When you use the reporting-guidance page, we collect the information you choose to submit: reporting mode (real name or anonymous), where the incident happened, the target, category, facts, evidence description, and, for real-name reports, your name, ID number and chosen contact details (email, phone or WeChat). Your ID number is used only to verify your identity as a real-name reporter. You may report anonymously, in which case we do not require your name or ID number. Please do not submit sensitive information about others that is unrelated to the report.

2. Use of Information

We use your information only to respond to inquiries, provide requested product or service information, process reports, and improve our services.

Report data is used to generate preliminary jurisdiction and conflict-of-interest guidance, is reviewed by staff, and is answered through your chosen channel. Preliminary guidance is generated from public jurisdiction rules and is for reference only; it is not legal advice. If a third-party AI model is enabled, report content is sent to that provider to generate the guidance for this submission; when AI is not configured, only the local rule engine is used.

3. Data Protection

Reports are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption and can only be decrypted by authorised staff for review and reply. To enable timely handling, submitted content (including the name, ID number and contact details given in a real-name report) is also sent to the designated internal reporting mailbox report@meinianchu.com, which is accessible only to authorised staff. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We do not sell your information or disclose it to unrelated third parties, except where required by law, requested by judicial authorities through lawful process, or necessary to protect personal safety.

4. Retention and Rights

We retain information for the shortest period necessary for the purpose of processing. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@meinianchu.com, unless retention is required by law or necessary to handle the report.
